Station guide: cart or cabinet with ProEX Hub

For virtual care carts and cabinets with an all-in-one PC, a ProEX Hub and a PTZ patient camera.

What this is: the quick start and set-up for stations that use a separate ProEX Hub touchscreen alongside the all-in-one PC.

Who it’s for: nurses, health workers and champions using a ProEX Hub cart or cabinet.

What the ProEX Hub does

The ProEX Hub collects, stores and shares data from connected clinical devices over Bluetooth and USB. It handles HD cameras (wound, skin and intraoral), vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse oximetry) and advanced devices (ECG, stethoscope, otoscope and ultrasound). You bring the Hub into a Vision call as a video source.

Quick start

Step What to do
1 Plug in the GEIS examination camera.
2 Power on the PC and the patient facing monitor with the buttons at the bottom right.
3 Power on the ProEX Hub with the button at the front left.
4 On the PC, go to www.visionflex.com, click Join meeting, Sign in, then Go To Dashboard.
5 Click Join Virtual Room.
6 Click + More Options (or + Add) and add the PTZ patient camera (UVC Camera) and the ProEX Hub (VF ProEX Video). Keep the Hub’s microphone muted.
